Wednesday 11th September 🔥 🔥 Save 20% - lock in the early bird price of just £16 before 25th August 🔥 At Move Happy we just love resistance training and building strength. For all the benefits it brings to both body and mind. To do this we work with our own bodyweight, with resistance bands, with kettlebells, and more. Using a blend of discussion and practical work, in this one-off workshop we will look at why strength training is so critical for women's health - including - how and why to build muscle - the benefits us in terms of body composition and shape - how we can progress and build up in a sustainable and safe way All of this becomes ever more important as we reach our 30s, 40s and beyond. There are natural progressions when it comes this kind of training and it is important to start by getting the basics right. While all our classes offer modifications for all abilities, this workshop is specifically designed for those who might want a little more confidence and support when it comes to strength training for the first time. With lots of time for chat and questions, this is perfect for those just starting their fitness journey, those new to resistance work and its benefits, and also those who are just looking to shake up their routine and perhaps see greater results from the time they spend training. With a maximum of 10 participants (minimum of 6 to run) the session will take a similar form to that of Group PT. Kit will be provided. All you need is a mat and water.

Cancellation Policy
For small group training, if required please make any cancellation as soon as possible to ensure that at busy sessions, other members may be able to book on. Outdoor training continues in the majority of weather conditions. However in the event of extreme weather, we will look to offer the service online. (MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES - Please note we do offer a reduced training schedule during school holidays. Our pricing structure for membership does factor this in, and spreads cost of your training evenly across the year – this is in order to reduce transactions and admin time spent booking courses and blocks. And means we can stabilise the business, focusing our energy on having you feel fit and fab!). For Teen Yoga courses, we are unable to issue refunds for any cancellations after course start date. However in some circumstances we may be able to offer credit for alternative services. For one-off events and workshops, we are also unable to issue refunds. However in some circumstances we may be able to offer credit for alternative services with advance notice of any changes or cancellation required. For personal training clients, please refer to your terms and conditions around cancellation and rescheduling on appointments.
